To further strengthen our online presence in Europe, we are looking for an ambitious Team Lead Shop Management (m/f/d) in Idstein who will ensure operational excellence while leading and developing our shop management team.
The story begins
- Oversight and Management: Manage and oversee the operation of existing online shops across Europe.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the shop management team while delegating tasks effectively.
- Frontend Optimization: Continuously optimize and improve all frontends, focusing on UX/UI, functionalities, and features.
- PIM System Management: Ensure seamless data transfer from pre-systems to the PIM system, enrich data for online shops, and further develop interfaces to the shops.
- Project Management: Plan, conceptualize, and manage e-commerce shop management projects.
- Interface Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Merchandise Management, Online Marketing) and external partners such as agencies and implementation providers.
- Internationalization & Localization: Execute and manage the rollout plan for various markets.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research focusing on frontend design and functionalities.
- Design Agency Collaboration: Commission and manage design agencies while further developing and utilizing the back office.
- Technical Management: Manage internal and external technical contacts for online shops and third-party systems.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Integrate and optimize the Salesforce Commerce Cloud backend and continuously improve the underlying system landscape.
- Process Optimization: Streamline e-commerce shop processes within the agreed budget.
- Agency Management: Commission and manage external service providers and agencies.
Your proven path
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing and developing teams.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UX/UI optimization, project management, and e-commerce technologies (e.g., SAP C/4HANA Suite, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CRM systems), as well as PIM systems (preferably Akeneo).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct competitive analyses and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in planning and managing complex projects.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of international markets and their specific requirements.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
